APHA hosts fun-filled ‘Kids Day!’ at ‘Greatest Paint Horse Show on
Earth’
A new generation of Paint Horse lovers will share in the excitement of
the World Championship Paint Horse Show today, as APHA welcomes area
children for its third annual “Paint Horse Kids Day!” celebration.
 |
Area children will get the chance to experience a variety of fun and
educational activities at Kids Day. One attraction will be official
Fort Worth Zoo Paint Horse ambassador, Ollie Oops. |
Since APHA launched Paint Horse Kids Day in 2006, the association has
saddled up approximately 1,000 children on Paint Horses for the first
time in their lives.
At its Kids Day events, held at World Show each summer and at APHA
headquarters in Fort Worth each spring, the events have been fun-
filled days where children and their families experience the magic of
American Paint Horses.
Many of APHA’s 111 regional clubs around the world are also
participating in the program, helping introduce children to the world
of Paints.
To get in on all the fun and excitement at today’s Kids Day
celebration, follow the signs toward the Gift Show in the Amon Carter
Exhibit Hall.
